İn Vitro Fertilizasyon/İntrasitoplazmik Sperm Enjeksiyonu Uygulanan Çiftlerde Paternal Yaşın Düşük Oranlarına Etkisi

Aim: The aim of this study was to determine the effect paternal age on miscarriage rates in couples undergoing vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection treatment cycles. Material and Methods: Patients were classified into two groups. group consisted patients whose pregnancy resulted a (n=73) control which had live singleton birth (n=256). Demographic characteristics, indications, duration infertility, menstruation day 3 follicle stimulating hormone, estradiol, luteinizing total antral count, anti-Mullerian hormone levels controlled ovarian stimulation parameters, trigger, estradiol progesterone number oocytes retrieved, mature oocytes, quality embryo, endometrial thickness oocyte pick up embryo transfer, distance embryo-fundus transfer recorded. Results: Totally 329 women included present study. with diagnosis unexplained infertility statistically significantly higher than (p=0.020). Maternal found (p=0.025). When maternal increased by 1 unit, risk 8.7% those 75.6% without infertility. Conclusion: Paternal not associated whereas positive correlation rate.
